Starter of choice

Tuna tartare with kimchi and citrus emulsion of red orange

Beetroot carpaccio with white smoked cheese and fresh herb salad

Main course of choice

Spinach tagliatelle with flambéed tiger prawns and aioli sauce

Medium rare roasted duck breast in cranberry sauce served with beetroot gnocchi and julienne vegetables in fresh thyme oil
